What to expect

Initial Meeting

A brief meeting to discuss your goals, get to know each other, determine scheduling, and go from there. This is free and the purpose is to ensure we are a good match. For Group Training, this works best with friends that have similar goals.

Expect this to be around 15 minutes, unless we yap!

First Session: The Assessment

Personal Training

This session will be approximately an hour. I will be assessing where you are physically and mentally in relation to your goals to better plan future sessions. You will still get a workout in this session, but it will be broader than our future sessions.

Regular Sessions

Personal Training

Moving on together, sessions will still be around an hour, but as you get more comfortable with the movements and exercises, we will start to move a bit faster. We will also discuss the workouts you are doing on your own and re-adjust goals if wanted or needed!

Group Training 2+

This session will be approximately an hour and a half, longer depending on group number. I will be assessing everyone in the group; you will get a workout but there may be more down-time than our future sessions.

Group Training 2+

Future sessions with a group will be approximately an hour, expect additional time depending on the number in your group. As you progress, our workouts will move along faster. We will discuss the workouts you do on your own and touch on your goals!

Benefits

Personal Training

This is a great option if you are new to working out, or feel intimidated by the gym. You get my dedicated one-on-one attention for your workout. Outside of our sessions, I will help you plan your own workouts and keep you accountable in our sessions.

Group Training 2+

A great option for groups of friends that want extra-accountability and have similar goals! In addition to me helping you plan your workouts and keep you accountable, you have your friends to stay accountable to as well. Another great option if you are on a budget.
